GRS

Definition: GRS is a third - party certification standard established for the use of recycled fibers from recycled textiles. It aims to ensure greater purchasing transparency through the production supply chain, increase the use of recycled materials in products, and reduce/eliminate the harm caused by their production.
Recycled Content: The product's recycled content being greater than or equal to 20% is the admission condition for certification. To use the GRS label, the product's recycled content must be no less than 50%. The new GRS is a three - tier system. The gold standard requires products to contain 95% - 100% recycled materials, the silver standard requires products to contain 70% - 95% recycled materials, and the copper standard requires products to contain no less than 30% recycled materials.
