2025-06-28
- When Ulite Lighting first broke ground on Building 18, it was nothing but steel frames and blueprints. Time has flown, and these two floors have now become the core of Ulite’s innovation ecosystem, transforming from dusty construction sites to leading hubs in technology and environmental protection.
-
7th Floor: From Disorder to PrecisionThe once messy site filled with sawdust and scattered machinery has gradually evolved into a 1,800-square-meter marvel. The 7th floor houses a 300㎡ woodworking workshop equipped with precision milling machines, a 600㎡ R&D center where engineers prototype eco-friendly lighting designs, and a 1,200㎡ comprehensive office integrating finance, business, and conference functions .

- The "hatching" concept, symbolized by egg-shaped design elements, breathes life into products. The design department’s small meeting rooms and 600㎡ R&D office nurture ideas that blend craftsmanship with smart technology. Construction barriers are long gone, replaced by the hum of CNC equipment accompanying brainstorming sessions .

- 8th Floor: From Empty Shell to Green Showcase
- The 8th floor, once a bare concrete space, is now a dazzling showroom adorned with colored glass and metal lighting installations. Adjacent to the showroom, the Material Research Center tests renewable materials like recycled glass and lead-free tin, demonstrating Ulite’s commitment to sustainable development .

Beyond Construction: Manifesting the GoalThe transformation of floors 7 and 8 is more than just a physical change—it is a powerful testament to Ulite’s practice of sustainable development. From initial construction sites, they have evolved into a functional ecosystem integrating research, production, and display. As visitors walk through these completed spaces, they witness not just buildings, but Ulite’s vision of blending environmental responsibility with technological excellence .
