ODM or Original Design Manufacture

ODM, or Original Design Manufacturer, is a production cooperation model. Manufacturing firms use their own tech and R & D capabilities to independently complete product design, R & D, testing, and manufacturing. Brand owners buy the finished products, relabel for sale, or make minor adjustments before marketing.

R & D and Design Area

This area is used for tasks such as product conceptual design, drawing drafting, sample making and testing. It is equipped with advanced devices like Computer - Aided Design (CAD) workstations and 3D printers to quickly transform design concepts into actual samples.

Raw Material Storage Area

It stores all kinds of raw materials and components required for production. A strict inventory management system is necessary to ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials, facilitating timely supply for production.

Production and Manufacturing Area

It contains multiple production lines. According to the product production process and procedures, operations such as component assembly, welding, and debugging are carried out. Automated production equipment and robots are available to improve production efficiency and product quality stability.

Quality Inspection Area

Semi - finished products and finished products during the production process are strictly inspected for quality. Through various inspection equipment and methods, such as functional testing instruments and appearance inspection devices, it ensures that products meet the quality standards and requirements of brand owners.

Finished Product Storage Area

This area is used to store finished products that have completed production and quality inspection, waiting for brand owners to inspect and pick up. A complete logistics management system is in place to ensure the safe storage of finished products and the timely and accurate delivery.
